How getting started works

A real setup, not a sign-up-and-figure-it-out. Here's the deal, plainly.

One month upfront

A one-month setup fee at signup covers building and onboarding your account. It's separate from your trial.

Live in 5–7 days

Most businesses go live within a week. Custom add-ons or deeper customizations take a little longer.

90 days, risk-free

If it's not for you within 90 days, your setup fee is refunded 100% and you keep a full export of your data.

What does the 90-day trial include?+

Every feature in your chosen tier, fully set up and running in your real business. You pay one month upfront for setup, and if it's not for you within those 90 days, that setup fee is refunded 100%. We'll check in before the trial ends to confirm you want to continue.

What if I outgrow my plan?+

Upgrade any time. We'll prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrading is just as easy — no "please call our retention team" nonsense.

Can I cancel?+

Any time, in two clicks. You keep your data — we can hand you a full CSV export of everything.

How does your pricing compare?+

Flat and predictable. Where other apps start cheap and then add per-staff seat fees and per-text SMS charges, our staff logins are included and the price you see is the price you pay. Pricing may change over time as the product grows, and we'll always give plenty of notice before it does.

Is there a setup fee?+

Yes — one month upfront, paid at signup. It covers building and onboarding your account (your data, intake forms, services, and a real setup call). It's separate from your 90-day trial, which starts once you're live.

What if I try it and it's not for me?+

You're covered. If within your first 90 days you decide not to move forward, we refund your setup fee 100% — no hard feelings, and you keep a full export of your data.

How long does setup take?+

Most businesses are live in 5–7 days from signup. Custom feature add-ons or deeper customizations take a little longer — we'll give you a firm date when we kick off.

Do you offer non-profit pricing?+

Yes — 50% off any plan for registered 501(c)(3) rescues and shelters. Email us with your EIN and we'll set it up.

What are add-ons, and how do they work?+

Add-ons are optional extras you layer on top of a base plan — like walk/drop-in routes for sitters, custom dashboard builds, or online booking. You only pay for what you turn on. Hover any ⓘ icon on this page to see exactly what a feature or add-on does and who it's for.

Can clients book online through Google?+

Yes — our online-booking add-on gives you a hosted booking page plus a link you can attach to the "Book" button on your Google Business Profile. Full native "Reserve with Google" (where the booking is completed inside Google itself) runs through Google-approved scheduling partners and is on our roadmap — ask us where it stands.
